He is a gentleman but also a bit of a loner who is very sensitive to change and can be moody.
Murphy is a lovely lad who has spent his entire life with one person and in the same environment so it was a shock for him when suddenly it all fell apart and he was in rescue. But he has settled really well and as long as he has a bit of routine to cling to he is fine. But he can be very unpredictable and is not good with other dogs or people he doesn’t know. Because of Murphy’s issues and the fact that he isn’t a young dog we have taken him into our Sanctuary where he can spend the rest of his days enjoying the gardens, paddocks, jumping the garden fence (not allowed but he keeps sneaking it in to his wish list) and going out for walks with people he knows.
