Barbara SykesDiana Lowe

Founder Trustee and Chairman

Diana Lowe cannot remember a time when a dog was not one of her constant companions. In 1972 she was given a Border Collie puppy who she called Mo, and this was the start of her love affair with this wonderful breed. After Mo came half brothers Moss and Bracken, and then Tweed, about to be put down due to his aggressive behaviour, but who with care and time became a happy and totally reliable companion. Moss, Bracken and Tweed were joined by Willow and then by Storm. Her youngest dog was bred by Barbara Sykes. Mainline Hope is litter brother to ambassador dog, Mainline Megan, and son of ambassador dog, Tweedhope Loch.

Diana competed for some years in competitive obedience with Bracken but Tweed took her into the agility world. She now competes with Storm, and Hope will make his debut in 2008. She firmly believes that you should always put in as much, or more than you take out of life. For ten years she show managed one of the South East’s major agility shows, organised agility training days and acted as Treasurer to her dog club. She has also organised seminars with Barbara Sykes.
