Poppy's a young girl at approximately 1 - 2 year(s) old. This little girl has been having rehabilitation with us for six months and is now ready to 'interview' potential adopters.

That may sound odd but Poppy really couldn't cope with strangers when she came into our care and she can still be a 'barky' with them but she soon settles down. Poppy has never been aggressive but she could be scary when she barked at people but she is now so settled that we are hoping she will soon find a patient and experience forever home.
She is now good on a lead, and good with other dogs, in fact she is happy living with another dog - these are all major things for her as she came in with so much fear of the unknown that it was difficult to get through to her.
Poppy now needs to move on with her life and with the right person she will be a fabulous and fun loving companion enjoying cuddles and long walks.
Poppy needs a calm experienced and patient home with no children, she is more confident with women than she is with men and her ideal home would be with no more than two people.
If you are interested in the adoption of any of our dogs please watch the 'pre adoption' video on this page named adoption1
